My rates vary depending on the type of work that has to be done
Inhouse work: $75/hour.
House calls: $85/hour and there are no fixed rates. The rate also apply to driving time.
Please let me know if you want to have a quote for a bigger job or fixed rate for maintaining your network.

| Reinstallation of operating system (OS). The price is based on you having the installation disk, drivers and license code. If I have to call Microsoft in order to activate your license code there is an additional $15. |

| Cloning a hard drive. This is if you are running out of space on your hard drive (or the hard drive is failing) and want to move everything over to a bigger one. If you have a RAID (click here for explanation) solution it will take much longer (if possible at all). RAID solutions are NOT a substitute for backup! |
