I started assisting my classmates how to use computers and software when I was in high school. I got the key to the classroom and was able to use the computers at the school in the evening. I have always been very thankful towards my teachers that they trusted me. That gesture of trust and belief in my skills was very encouraging for my later work as a professional computer consultant and teacher.

I love teaching for the ability to make a person skilled in a field. This saying summarize how I feel about teaching: "Give a person a fish and she can eat. Give a person a fishing-rod and she can catch her own food."

Students working together is increasing the learning immensly. They learn faster, they explore much more, and they experience how much further we can come by working together, compared to being isolated and trying to figure out things on our own. For many of my students this has been a turning point in their training.

• Basic understanding of how a computer network is functioning
• Microsoft Windows 2000/2003 server and Microsoft Windows Professional/XP
• Microsoft Frontpage 200x (basics)
• Microsoft Project 2000 and newer versions (basics)
• Basic Linux (installation and basics)

I am used to teach persons in several settings depending on what you want like private tutorials, seminars or a classroom setting. More than 20 years of work in the computer field will be available.
